COBRA Administration

Pennsylvania Chamber Insurance offers COBRA administration services for businesses with 20 or more employees.

This valuable, time-saving service provides a single point of notification and regulatory compliance with COBRA laws, including:

  • mandated timeframes
  • Department of Labor letters for new plan participants
  • processing elections and billing members for premiums
  • maintaining enrollment and carrier information
  • and terminating coverage as appropriate.

HRA, HSA and FSA

Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts are available to maximize tax savings for employers and employees. Dollars can be deducted from an employee’s gross wages before they are taxed, and certain benefits can be paid tax-free. Also available are plans to provide reimbursement to eligible employees using pre-tax dollars for eligible expenses, reducing income tax liabilities.
